"I owe everything to the guys that are on my team that work so hard for the business every day. We have a great customer base and that is because of them"

Tri City Automotive was founded in June of 2010 so June 2018 marks their 8th year.

The business has been blessed with great employees and technicians and has enjoyed sky rocketing growth over the last 3 years. This growth (thanks to their loyal customers) has encouraged them to expand their facility and they are happy to announce that we will be moving to a new (much larger facility) in late summer of this year. This new location will provide a much better customer experience with greater parking, reception area, and give TCA the ability to meet the high demand of their services.

"We are thankful to our customers and appreciate all their business. We believe our growth is a testament to the quality of our repairs and service but feel strongly that many choose us because of the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on being fair and we are not in the practice of pressuring our customers into maintenance or service that is not essential or critical. After we diagnose the vehicle we present them with repair options and solutions that are much less than what they have been previously quoted… We don’t try to sell every customer everything. We do what is needed to keep them on the road, we might suggest some things but we don’t suggest anything to a customer that we wouldn’t want done ourselves… Treat them like family because we want them to come back"

They will formally announce their new location and the date of the move once they are closer to the transition here on Star 102.5. The new location will help TCA create a much better customer experience.
