Pinehurst Concours will return in 2014, 2015
VILLAGE OF PINEHURST, N.C. (April 18, 2013)
– The inaugural Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance, with its vintage automobile showcase of 118 exclusive cars scheduled for competition Sunday, May 5, will return to historic Pinehurst Resort for two more years, officials said.
The Pinehurst Concours has secured the show field on the emerald green fairways of Pinehurst Resort for the first weekends in May in 2014 and 2015.
“Helping kick off an unprecedented six-week span of world class events in 2014 for Pinehurst Resort is a wonderful opportunity for our event,” said Pinehurst Concours Executive Director Jay Howard. “Having a venue as prestigious and welcoming as Pinehurst provides us a place to call home for three years -- it's a big win for everyone.”

Some of this year’s highlighted entrants include a 1910 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, 1922 Cadillac 7 passenger Touring, 1937 Bugatti Type 57, 1949 MG TC, 1953 Chrysler New Yorker Deluxe, 1957 Mercedes 300SL and 1968 Ferrari 330GTC.
