2nd Moore County Man Arrested For Hotel Robbery
Sheriff Lane Carter reports that the second robbery suspect that was wanted by the Fayetteville Police Department for the February 13, 2013 robbery of the Value Place Hotel has been located.
On February 18, 2013 Sheriff's Investigators along with Investigators from the Aberdeen Police Department concluded their search for Darrell Talbot Jeffries II. Jeffries was apprehended attempting to leave a residence in the Aberdeen area of Moore County.
Moore County Investigators arrested Darrell Talbot Jeffries II, 23, of 118 Minter Drive, Aberdeen, N.C. Jeffries was charged with one count of felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of felony conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $250,000.00 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for March 5, 2013 in the Cumberland County District Court in Fayetteville N.C.
