A Southern Pines Man faces accusations that he helped a New Jersey Juvenile run away from home. Police say 21-year-old Nicholas Garcia communicated with the runaway on the internet through social media. The child was reported missing a month ago. Garcia was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is scheduled to appear in court June 13th.
