A house fire Thursday afternoon outside of Pinebluff caused serious damage to a home and a car parked outside the home.   

Firefighters were called to the scene of the fire on R Sands Road located off of Pinebluff Lake Road around 1:30 PM this afternoon. There were no injuries reported associated with the fire.

Responding to today’s emergency call were units from the Pinebluff Fire Department, Aberdeen Fire & Rescue, Crestline Fire Department, Southern Pines Fire & Rescue, Pinehurst Fire Department, Moore County EMS, the Moore County Fire Marshal’s Office, and the Moore County Sheriff’s Department.
