Congressman Coble admitted to hospital

Congressman Howard Coble, who represents Moore County in the 6th Congressional District, was admitted to a Washington, DC Hospital yesterday with a respiratory illness. According to a news release from Coble’s Office, doctors told the 79-year-old Congressman that his sodium levels were too low and that he needed ot be admitted for treatment. Coble is expected ot be hospitalized for four or five days and will miss votes for the rest of the week. The Thirteen-Term Republican, who had a worrisome fainting spell a year ago at this time, had been fighting a head cold for the past week. Aides said doctors detected no health concerns other than low sodium levels brought on by his respiratory illness
