Northside resident scores settlement from SLHA

A 40-thousand dollar land dispute settlement between The Seven Lakes Homeowners Association and a Northside Resident was somewhat larger than originally reported. Landowner President Bob Darr says the association covered 15-thopusand dollars of the settlement with Jean Fuller, the remaining 25-thousand dollars was picked up by the group’s insurance company. Original reports neglected to include the insurance payment. Four years ago state mandated repairs to Echo Dam were completed at a cost of 245-thousand dollars. The 40-thousand dollar payment to Fuller satisfied a complaint that her property had been used without her permission to store construction equipment.
