Meth dealers busted outside convenience store |

A trio of drug dealers, who specialize in peddling highly-addictive methamphetamine, are in jail today after Moore County Sheriff’s Deputies surprised two of them with the drug in their possession outside the Eastwood B-P Convenience Store.
Charged with dealing meth and prescription pills, 51-year-old Joseph Speight and 39-year-old Della Williamson who live at the same Buttermilk Road Address in High Falls, and the apparent ringleader 45-year-oold Vincent Jaramillo of Clinton.
Other illegally-obtained narcotics were seized during a search of the High Falls Residence, but the estimated street value of just the methamphetamine, 36-thousan dollars.
Meth, often called Speed, Crank, or Chrystal by users, is a highly addictive central nervous system stimulant that can be injected, snorted, smoked or injested orally.
Long-term use can cause anxiety, insomnia, mood disturbances and violent behavior.
Psychotic symptoms can last for months or years after methamphetamine use has ceased.
Large amounts of the drug are smuggled into the United States from Mexico.
The alleged drug traffickers were apprehended afte ran undercover investigation by the Moore County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit.
