Drug Free Moore County awarded a helpful grant |

The Baptist Medical Center at Wake Forest University has awarded a 30-thousand dollar grant to Drug Free Moore County to help tackle drug and alcohol problems.
The money will allow the organization to participate in a year-long training program and receive technical assistance from experts, according to a spokesperson for the center.
The training will help Drug Free Moore County determine the types of problems which confront the community and develop the best strategies ot deal with them.
The Moore Organization is one of eight in the state to receive the grants.
